              NSFW is a warning to people that it may contain sexual content that is not safe for work IN ADVANCE.

              What you've done here, is upload a nude photo as part of the post preview, so before someone can even decide if they want to see it, it is already on their screen. It's too late to give a NSFW when you do that.
