You are very much right, I am a weed smoker and have been most of my life. I know it's just a crux like anti depressants but it's a good one if you get the right stuff and it's not illegal which unfortunately isn't the case in the UK, so I have to by from street dealers and you don't really know what your getting. I've now actually slowed down my weed smoking because I got into the situation that I thought it was the only way to not feel anxiety which I now don't believe is true. I now smoke ever couple of weeks and leave it the rest of the time.
