Current WBA, IBF and IBO world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has stated, he will to prove to the challenger Kubrat Pulev that he is the king of the ring. The 2 heavyweights will come face to face for the unified belts in Cardiff on October 28 2017.
AJ will defend his WBA and IBF titles against the IBF mandatory challenger Pulev in Cardiff, and the British heavyweight is determined to put on a show for his fans. British boxing's premier heavyweight also stated "I think Pulev is very talented. He is an Olympic bronze medalist which proves his pedigree. He is a mega star in Bulgaria and he will want to give a good account of himself".
"No matter what clips I watch on youtube etc, they always seem to bring that extra 30% more when they face me in the arena, I will be prepared and motivated for this one".
Pulev a.k.a the Cobra fought for the same belt in November 2014 against former champ Wladimir Klitschko, hence Joshua
knows he cant take Pulev lightly. Joshua will be looking for 20th knock out in his 20th fight.
I believe he will get his K.O by the 8th round. Kubrat should be competitive in the early stages, however by the mid rounds Joshua should have him figured out, and the fight should be a formality.
