An afternoon walk down the field, and a surprise Appointment with small but deadly Ants. The fields is green enough to make anyone sits on it, but while roaming here and there I came across a small patch where soil were coming out of the ground. Watching and observing it closely it came out to be Antworld.

On kneeling down and getting further closed to the soil , I saw there many Black Ants coming in and coming out of the holes made in the ground. The soil that came out was only because of the Antworld who made all efforts together to make their palace within the ground.

There are more than 900 + different species of Ants found in India and over 12000+ species found over the world. Out of all the species , this one is the Little Black Ant. An Ant is very small in size but when these small species bites they can even kill an Elephant. There are many other intetesting facts about Ants :

• An Ant can lift weight 20 times more than their original weight.

• Ants unable to listen , they do not have Ears. They feel the vibration on the ground through their feet.

• When ants fight , they usually do untill death.

• There are only 1 queen ants in a nest.

Ants do help the environments as well, they are the social insects who lives in large groups. They always follow one another, while walking in a queue. An Ants groups have only one queen . The queen have wings and can fly. Other Ants in the group does not have wings. Queen is only Ant that lay eggs. These Antworld have a well structured kingdom of ita own, with soldier protecting and defending their groups and other ants taking part in daily chores of life.

These Little Black Ants mainly make their Antworl outdoor in open fields within the soil. Though small in size they are capable of doing lot. It had been rightly said, Never go by the size.

These Ants can do much more than , what can be expected from them.
