It wouldn't be honest enough if you say you don't feel anxious even just for a moment throughout your day. Even if you are staying home alone, you can still feel anxious. And if you are in the middle of a busy day, then there's no need to say you will face anxiety several times a day. That's when we need everyday anxiety hacks!

- Pausing.
In this era of multitasking, pausing sounds wired. But if you want to avoid anxiety, you want to recharge your brain throughout the day then you must pause. Take a moment to breathe, to look outside the window, enjoy some coffee or tea, and then go for your work again.
- Mindfulness.
There can't be anything as useful as mindfulness to reduce anxiety. When you focus on what is happening around, what you need to take care of rather than thinking about your next tasks or your deadline; you can come our more productive. This also improves our mental wellness and thus ensure less anxiety.
- Make it less boring.
Feeling stress is normal. We have to take care of so many things, it feels abnormal if you don't feel stressed. So, don't freak out. What you are going through is everyone else's story too. Try to add some fun, connect with people, go through your favorite thing, etc to make your day less boring.
However, I think we all have something special to relax our mind. Notice what you have, maybe you have something which you don't know very well. Try to make it a thing in your everyday life. Like walking or doing some ASMR, listening to soothing music, or any other thing.
Anxiety takes time to go away but these can help to relax our brain and bring some peace of mind!
