I meant only good so i guess? ^^

Lol ok i guess its this "man" word. Idk if you are a hippy n being like "yeah man u r a trip" or if yiu just actually think i'm a man?

dude

Yes ma sista? :P

Man, I had to have a long conversation with a woman I offended once in PAL chat when I led off with a "Dude!" in response to her. When and where I grew up, dude in particular was of course a non-gendered term. Anyone could be a dude, but only if they were a dude. If they had the requisite dude-ness. Or also, used with an exclamation point to express surprise. Dude!

Yessir, i too have had that training. So im gonna retrain myself to call everyone ma sista. And mention that it has a non gendered meaning. Bahaaaa

Yes I like that. I actually for many years myself used exclusively female pronouns as my gender-neutral singular pronoun in my RPG/D&D game writing (e.g. she as the default when describing a character, etc.) but have since switched to the singular use of they and their, and anyone who tells you that they and their is plural can take their grammar nazi self on a long drive off a short dock and take a nice soaking in cold water because the language has evolved.
