Create Content. See this place as a new form of youtube/ Medium/ Facebook page etc. A new social media. So there is opportunity for you to grow every quickly. Post some good content depending on your interest areas. I post about Travel and Food. Other s post about music, art, etc etc. U pick your subject :)
Interact with other members and in time you will find your posts getting more attention. That way you will get more upvotes and earn Steem tokens.
Also start making the correct Tags. Write an Introduction post about yourself. Use the #introduceyourself for that post.
Use the tag #thesteemingcurators for content posts after that :)
