And what with the people that replies but don't upvote? Is like "hello, but I don't care a shit".

    Most are newbies and they do not have much voting power.
    Mine is not worth anything at all. If I save mine for the next 24 hours it will be worth 1 penny. And if I vote more than 3 times within a couple of hours I have noticed that my upvote will not work at all. There have been instances when I upvote a couple of pennies show up less after i upvote for the author. It is very complicated I guess.

      That's ok, but it's the intention that counts. An upvote is like a thumb up.
