Apam adalah salah satu makanan kuliner aceh, teot Apam sudah jadi suatu tradisi di aceh setiap memasuki bulan rajab,
Apam bentuknya seperti serabi, tapi apam lebih besar dari serabi.
Untuk menikmati apam, ada juga kuahnya yang dinamakan kuah tuhe.. Kuah tuhe terbuat dari santan kelapa, yang dimasak dengan potongan pisang dan nangka.
