Para Apostillar referencias laborales, constancias de trabajo y cualquier documento laboral se realiza una Declaración Jurada. Eso lo redacta y lo firma un abogado (visado) con los originales de las constancias anexas, se lleva a Notaría y luego al Registro Principal para que lo legalicen para el extranjero. Luego de allí va directo a la Apostilla.
Este trámite se puede colocar en Documentos Civiles como documento inherente al Registro Civil.
Sí se pueden colocar varias constancias o referencias en una sola Declaración Jurada. Hay notarías que no lo permiten o lo reciben hasta cierto número de constancias. En este caso, deberá llevarlo a otra Notaría para ahorrar copias, dinero y documentos en el Sistema de Apostilla ya que el mismo sólo permite apostillar un máximo de 15 documentos por cita.
