... haka means nothing more than "dance" or "song with dance" and is therefore a general term for all kinds of Māori dances. The Haka was listed on the one hand to welcome and entertain guests, either by men or women, or in mixed groups. On the other hand, it also served to intimidate opponents before a military conflict and was then presented exclusively by armed men. I‘m using it motivate my crew before the grandopening!!!
