Thank you Karen, ๐Ÿ’• it strengthens the middle of the body, the abdomen, the arms, the thighs and the buttocks ... ๐Ÿคช๐Ÿคช๐Ÿคช So a perfect whole body workout... and it's super exhausting to work with your own body weight๐Ÿ˜ฐ๐Ÿ˜ฐ๐Ÿ˜ฐ

Ah I don't like planking, lol its not my favourite exercise so always give major respect for anyone who can hold their core for a long time
