50 gms roasted peanuts
50 gms fried chana dal (split and fried baby chickpeas)
50 gms sev (crunchy noodles made from chickpea flour paste)
8 green chillis
10 curry leaves
1 tablespoon cumin and coriander powder.
Pinch of asafoetida
2 tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 table spoon turmeric powder
Preparation:
Heat oil in a big pan
Add chopped chillis
Fry the chillis till they are dry
Add roasted peanuts
Add chopped curry leaves
Add asafoetida
Turn off the flame
Add turmeric powder
Mix the above ingredients
Immediately add kurmura (puffed rice), sev (crunchy noodles made from chickpea flour paste) and fried chana dal (split and fried baby chickpeas)
Mix all the ingredients well
