-Schezwan Rice Ingredients:
2 cups basmati Rice
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
2 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
7 red dried chilies
2 table spoons oil
2 tablespoon schezwan sauce
Salt to taste
Schezwan Rice Preparation:
Cook basmati rice with little salt in cooker
Let the rice cool
Remove rice from cooker and spread it in a big plate
Heat oil in the pan. Add the garlic ginger paste and red chilies.
Stir till the ginger garlic paste separates from the oil.
Add schezwan sauce and stir.
Add cooked rice and chopped spring onions and mix the rice with the ingredients.
-Fried Bitter Gourd Ingredients:
1/2 kg bitter gourd
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon tamarind pulp
1 teaspoon hot spices powder
3 tablespoons rice flour
Oil to fry
-Fried Bitter Gourd Preparation:
Wash and cut bitter gourd into thin round pieces
Apply salt and keep for 5 minutes
Squeeze the salt water and remove bitter gourd into a plate.
One by one add all the spices
Lastly sprinkle rice flour and toss the bitter gourd .
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the bitter gourd till it turns brown and crispy.
