Ingredients:
2 cups chawli (black eyed beans) soaked in water for 8 hrs
2 onions
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon hot spices powder
1 teaspoon tamarind pulp
1 teaspoon grated jaggery
1 teaspoon cumin coriander powder
Sev (crunchy noodles made from chickpea flour paste) for garnishing
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Except sev, add all ingredients into the pressure cooker
Add 3 cups water
Turn on the heat and let it cook until two whistles
