Additionally may I make a suggestion? Instead of heating the water up, simply try holding the cup of water in your hands and sit with it for 5 or 10 minutes. Send kind loving thoughts to the water. Water is a biological computer and it stores information. It’s molecular structure can actually change to become more beneficial to the human body simply by doing this.
