The Vedas is the oldest written book about an omnipotent philosophy, that seeks to explain and guide the reader/participant towards every aspect of the inner and extereal truth, of that very philosophy.

Fascinating for me is, that this philosophy inhabits every single aspect of variety of life itself. It's resources are so rich, that it can take a life's time to find the pending, resonating truth, as reality within and around you. -understanding has multiple layers, which some of are hidden deeply inside of your yet unaware conscious.
When the modern world speaks about Yoga, what it's mostly referring to is practicing the physical aspect of the philosophy.

Hatha Yoga- the traditional Name of the physical aspect, in sense of the philosophy, is only practiced, when Asanas (Positions) and Pranayama (Breathwork) connect together and are unfolded simultaneously.
True magic can happen in that state...
