... tomach) or “Pancita” which mean a little or less in Wikipedia dictionary but mainly this dish was originated from Mexico although not exactly the same ingredients but in our country 🇵🇭 it’s called “Stew”; made with pork and pork liver combined in tomato sauce, chili 🌶 pepper, diced carrots 🥕, potatoes 🥔, onions 🧅 and oregano to season the broth. For those of you who like stewed dishes you’ll gonna like this dish too! 😋
