I Swear I have been trying to use this dapp for over an year now. Every time I try to download it says app not found on playstore... So frustrating @appics and team.

Another thing, I find this a very poor on-boarding process if you have to wait for email to get the down load link. Why can't I just search for the app on playstore and directly download the app?

As you can see on my email list below, I tried to get started on the app Jan 2018, a few weeks ago I wrote an email asking for help from the team to no avail. To say I am beyond frustrated is an understatement. Mostly because I love the idea behind the platform, it's a great platform that can easily on board mainstream media, but if they have to face this on-boarding frustrations then it might not a great experience and may end up losing a lot of potential users.

I even tried to create an account with my other email address but the issue persists. Maybe I am doing it wrong, but it would be great to get some help. I would like to have my 2020 start on a good note. Kindly help @appics or anyone else who may know why I can't seem to download this app... And Yes, I did sign up with my google play store e-mail address & It is gmail!)

Is anybody else having issues getting started on the @appics app?
