Are curation specific groups like #informationwar eligible to apply for delegation? We don't have a product, we have a community based around our tag. The incentive we give people who write posts for #informationwar is a community pooled upvote(our curation trail has about 75 people on it). We are a community effort similar to other tags like #familyprotection or #tribesteemup
