... a couple of weeks of endulging for the holidays and my body got very comfortable with doing nothing. It didn’t want to move. I know it will go much better after 3-4 sessions. Just have to remove the rust!

I know how you feel! For me is getting back to a healthy diet that is challenging after all of the sweets from the Holidays! Just as bad as doing nothing!

That´s why I immediately went to the gym, so I could start slow, but start nonetheless.

@exyle, It happens and after a break, for sure body will going to say that Leave it and take rest. But sometimes it's good to ignore the whisper of body and have to spend some time in Physical Activities. Stay blessed. 🙂
