Remember that your first three burns need to be relatively low temp (< 400°F) to get the moisture out of the ceramic. Practice with some low-and-slow roasts, Over the Top Chili, smoked meatloaf etc etc ...

I'm waiting to read about an @exyle/@bennierex cookoff.

This is one area where steemit could thrive. Facebook has a massive BGE group ... you can find tips and tricks, recipes etc etc ... We need to get them all to move to steem. What better place than the blockchain.
