... the sweet hummus:
Take a glass of chickpeas, 1 tsp tahini (easy to make it self), juice of one lemon, some Ceylon cinnamon and as much as agave nectar you want. Mix it all together in a mixer and enjoy.
For the marmelade:
Let some frozen raspberries or strawberries thaw overnight. Put the thaw-water away or even drink it. Than add Chia seeds ( 3-5 tsp) and agave nectar. Just take a Spoon and mash it. Enjoy👌😋
