yes i know paying for 1 million tiny homes for a new generation of locals to have actual free rent to get that safety net to save money, it MAy seem expensive to spend BILLIONS on one city, but the CITY will be the one funding the project itself, no need to convince private investors anymore.... printing money with publicbanksd allows us to just buy what we need for the future. So what if theres a 20 year payback period for the solar panels, in 20 years we will start saving money as a city and have a population of workers who can aev money on their utility and rent bills, able to use that money to invest directly in the city itself.
