... another one. This will be apple cider vinegar in about 3 month. I order with a co-op. A truck arrives from Oregon once a month in San Diego at different drops. The company is called Azure Standard and started out as an organic farm. Most of the grain I order is still grown by them. Last drop, I ordered 2 boxes of organic apples. I have been making dried apples with lots of peel and cores as byproduct. That means Apple cider time. Cover with water, cover with a coffee filter or tightly woven cloth- need to keep the fruit flies out. Let sit for 6 weeks. Take out apple solids. cover again. Let sit for 6 more weeks. Vinegar done! 😀
