Having a quick break after consecutive sessions in my work. Self- discipline is very essential in achieving your ideal body weight and be the best YOU. Being mindful in indulging good food versus junk foods reflects your personality and well being too.

Working in a diet clinic, required us to maintain our ideal body weight according to our height and etc.,

It is not really bad to eat junk foods but be mindful and eat with limit.
