... of distractions. As soon as you go out of the house, big advertisement billboards are distracting your vision. When you turn on the radio in your car, they distract you with news that are most of the time irrelevant. When you want to connect with your friends on social media, you get distracted by advertisement or you have to pay in order for your friends to see your content. Our minds get programmed and we don’t even realize it.
I want you to be more aware of your surroundings because we should decide how our minds get programmed and no one else! Maybe you switch from the radio to an audio book or instead of checking your phone every few minutes, you probably should meditate more and connect with yourself instead of feeding the desire to buy stuff that is shown to you on the internet. I often hear that we live in a fake world - but if you think about it, we are the ones who can change it! Let’s be more aware and share more kindness, knowledge and love wherever we go!
