It’s the time of the year to do some major detoxin’... with Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas, and New Years around the corner, it’s the perfect time to relax a bit before the most stressful time of the year.
The best way in my opinion to do this is by hittin’ the Infrared Sauna a few times a week.
All I can say it’s the most relaxing thing to do if one wants to release some stress.
Alright, I better hurry up and post this as my iPhone and Beats by Dre headset are gettin’ fried hahahah
