APPLE has just released its iPhone 12 series through an event titled "Hi, Speed". Respectively, the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max which have 5G connectivity.
"Today is a new era for the iPhone. We are bringing 5G to the iPhone," said Apple CEO Tim Cook at the event, as quoted by Fox News, Wednesday (14/10/2020).
The 59-year-old added that the 5G network is more advanced and fast. Then it helps privacy because users don't need to frequently connect to Wi-Fi hotspots.
Apart from the iPhone 12, Apple is also introducing the HomePod Mini smart speaker. The device is wrapped in a mesh cloth and lights up when prompted by Siri, explained Apple VP of Product Marketing Bob Borchers during the presentation.
The HomePod Mini has an S5 Chip and compute audio for sound. Comes in white and gray.
