Well, "Fitway Trainer for Buttocks" is a kind of personal trainer that will be there with us to remind us of our daily exercises. Thanks to the notifications, we will be notified about the type of exercise we have to perform each day during a predefined time interval.

We can choose between three difficulty modes, easy, medium and difficult. Next, we have to tell the application how much time we have or want to train each day, whether it's 5, 8 or 10 minutes.

With some explanatory videos, together with a timer and a voice that will guide us on the start of the new exercises, we can carry out our training in a really graphic way and without needing anything more than our application.
