APPLE CUSTOMERS STORY OF CONTINUOUS ABUSE OF CUSTOMERS TRUST.
It is a known fact that Apple's product are way more pricey than that of rivals notwithstanding that the rivals may offer products with the same configuration, qualities or even products with greater quality than what that is offered by Apple.
Recently, there is a class action instituted against Apple by dissatisfied customers over the continuous sale of #MACBOOKS and #MACBOOK PROS with defective keyboards.
Apple customers started making complaints to Apple of keyboard issues from 2015 onwards but apparently did nothing about it. They also continued using the same keyboards on Macbooks and Pros without fixing or making any changes to it.
What has provoked their loyal customers is that Apple have since kept it secret through the way they behaved when complaint is made by their customers. Never has Apple acknowledged to their customers about the issue of defective keyboards in the systems (MacBook and MacBook Pro).
Among the suspected reasons for none disclosure of defect could be that they don't want to lose customers.
