Which way is up? Lightpainting an old Lime kiln.steemCreated with Sketch.

Good evening Steemworld. I hope life is good and you're all well.

A shot here from an adventure with @fastchrisuk in an abandoned Lime Kiln in Buxton.

The way these buttresses stood made for the perfect structure for a bit of camera rotation. I love their geometric form and twisting, what in reality is just a lump of concrete into something interesting is why I love camera rotation so much.

Simple enough shot here with me being back lit with a gelled flashgun after I exhaled a lung full of vapour for each of the two rotations.

The shot above was a test and you can see why I tweaked the camera position so the middle column lined up as if it were one piece of concrete.

Cheers buddy. I kept the "fail" as I still quite liked it. We're due a revisit here so be fun to see what we can do next time. Probably more of the same :)
