I suffered a tripod failure this evening where I needed an Allen key to tighten up the tripod head but went with the flow anyway and bagged this.
First I panned the circuit board where the board was backlit blue and red from the front with a gelled LED panel.
I then replaced the lens cap without ending the exposure and turned off all light sources. I then changed lenses in complete darkness and pointed at the running Neil.
Unusually for me this shot was done with one single tripod in the same position but with two lenses here. It's much harder this way than using multiple tripods but suffering equipment failure means I have to improvise.
About me: I usually specialise in shooting lightpainting images but occasionally dabble in urbex and artistic model photography. I'm always on the lookout for someone to collaborate with; please don't hesitate to get in touch if you'd like to create art.
