يحكى أن ﻣﺪﻳﺮ ﻣﺪﺭﺳﺔ ﺗﺰﻭﺝ أﺧﺖ حارس مدرسة التي يعمل معه فيها ، ﻭﺑﺤﻜﻢ ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺐ ﺃﺻﺒﺢ يهتم به ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﺴﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﻠﺤﺔ ؛
ﻓﻜﻠﻤﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻳﻐﻴﺐ ﻣﻌﻠﻢ .. ﻳﻘﻮﻝ المدير ﻟﻨﺴﻴﺒﻪ الحارس : "ﺍﺫﻫﺐ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻄﻼﺏ ﻭﺍﻋﻄﻬﻢ ﺣﺼﺔ ﺑﺪﻻ ﻋﻨﻪ (الا ستاذ الغائب) .
ﻭﺑﻐﻴﺎﺏ الرقابة ثبّت المدير نسيبه الحارس ﻣﻌﻠما بالمدرسة .
ﻣﺮﺕ ﺍﻷﻳﺎﻡ ﻭ ﺍﺭﺗﻘﻰ ﻣﺪﻳﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﺭﺳﺔ ﻭأﺻﺒﺢ ﻣﺪﻳﺮا للتعليم .
ﻓﺮﻗﻰ أخ زوجته المعلم ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﺪﻳﺮا للمدرسة .
ﺛﻢ مرت الأﻳﺎﻡ ﻭ ﺃﺻﺒﺢ ﻧﺴﻴﺐ الحارس ﻭﺯﻳﺮا للتعليم ﻓﺮﻗﻰ أخ زوجته الحارس ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﺪﻳﺮ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻢ -
(ﻣﻜﺘﺐ ﻓﺨﻢ، ﺳﻴﺎﺭﺍﺕ ، ﺧﺪﻡ، ﻣﻔﺘﺸﻴﻦ ﻭﻣﺪﺭﺳﻴﻦ ﺣﻮﻟﻪ ﻳﺘﻤﻠﻘﻮن له ، ﻭﺍﻟﻘﻬﻮﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺠﺮﺍﺋﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻜﺘﺒﻪ ﻳﺘﺼﻔﺤﻬﺎ ﻛﻞ ﻳوم.)
ﻭذات يوم وﺃﺛﻨﺎﺀ ﺗﺼﻔﺤﻪ ﺇﺣﺪﻯ الجرائد ، ﻭﻗﻊ ﻧﻈﺮﻩ ﻋﻠﻰ أحد العناوين مفادها أن ﻭﺯﻳﺮ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ يقرر تشكيل ﻟﺠﺎﻥ ﻟﺘﻘﻴﻴﻢ ﺷﻬﺎﺩﺍﺕ العاملين ، وﺍﻻﻃﻼﻉ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺴﺘﻮﻳﺎﺗﻬﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤـﻴﺔ)
ﺍﺭﺗﺒﻚ الحارس ﻭﺃﺻﺎﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﺬﻋﺮ ، ﻭﺧﺸﻲ أن يُفتضح أمره ،
ﻓﻬﻮ في الأصل سوى حارس للمدرسة ، ﻻ ﺷﻬﺎﺩﺓ ﻟﺪﻳﻪ ﺗﺆﻫﻠﻪ ﻟﻠﻤﻨﺼﺐ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻫﻮ ﻓﻴﻪ
ﻓاﺗﺼﻞ ﺑﻨﺴﻴﺒﻪ ﻭﺯﻳﺮ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ له:
"يا زوج أختي , أﻧﺖ ﺗﻌﻠﻢ أنني ﻻ أمتلك أي ﺷﻬﺎﺩﺓ .. وأن قرار إعادة تقييم الشهادات سيفضحني !!
ﻓﻀﺤﻚ ﺍﻟﻮﺯﻳﺮ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﻟﻪ :
"ﻻ ﺗﺨﻒ ياسيادة المدير , فقد ﻭﺿﻌﺘﻚ ﺭﺋﻴﺴﺎً ﻋﻠﻰ ﻟﺠﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻴﻴﻢ"
