The first invalid of fasting is the intercourse of a man who fasts with his wife during the day in Ramadaan. I mean the fasting person, because the man may be returning from his journey, and he is not fasting, and he may find his wife liable for having missed the fast.

Secondly: Eating and drinking deliberately because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): "Eat and drink until the white thread is visible from the black thread from dawn and then complete the fast until night." So the fasting person must not deliberately eat this entire period.

Thirdly: Whoever eats or drinks during the day of fasting, forgetting what is his ruling?

Then he is fasting and his fast is valid because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Whoever forgets when he fasts, he will eat or drink before he fasts, then Allaah will feed him and drink him." This may be experienced by many fasting people, especially novices, who are not yet accustomed to fasting.
Fourthly: The fasting of the fasting person is his choice of choice in any way. This means that he breaks his fast and is required by the judiciary, and there is no expiation for him, because the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Fasting and the Qur'aan will intercede on the Day of Resurrection."

Is it permissible for a fasting man to accept his wife when he is fasting?

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to accept his wives and he was fasting and his skin was applied to his skin, except that he owned you for his Lord. There is nothing wrong with your religion.

Another question is what is the ruling on one who comes to his wife during the night of Ramadaan, then sleeps, and does not do ghusl, then the muezzin gives the fajr prayer, and he is asleep, for example.

The answer is valid for saying the mother of the believers Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, the dawn is a side and then wash and fast, the important is to hasten to recognize the dawn prayer with the group, but if a person slept for example and overcome sleep and did not wake up when his wife came night Ramadan did not wash, and fasting is true.

فما هي يا ترى مبطلات الصيام؟

أول مبطل من مبطلات الصيام هو جماع الرجل الصائم بامرأته في نهار رمضان، وأقصد الصائم لأن قد يكون الرجل عائدا من سفره وهو مفطر وقد يجد امرأته مفطرة بسبب من مبطلات الصيام فله حين ذلك أن يمارس معها، أما أن يأتيها وهو صائم فهذا مبطل الصيام
ثانيا: الأكل والشرب عمدا لقوله تعالى: '' كلوا واشربوا حتى يتبين الخيط الأبيض من الخيط الأسود من الفجر ثم أتموا الصيام إلى الليل'' إذن فلا يجب على الصائم أن يأكل عمدا هذه المدة كلها

ثالثا: من أكل أو شرب في نهار الصيام ناسيا ما هو حكمه؟

فل يتم صومه وصومه صحيح لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم '' من نسي وهو صائم فأكل أو شرب قبل أن يتم صومه فإنما أطعمه الله وسقاه '' وهذا قد يعيشه الكثير من الصائمين وخاصة المبتدئين حيت لم يعتادوا بعد على الصيام

رابعا: إنزال الصائم شهوته باختياره بأي صورة من الصور هذا يفطر ويلزمه القضاء ولا كفارة عليه لقول رسول الله '' الصيام والقرآن يشفعان العبد يوم القيامة '' يعني شفاعة الصيام من يقطع طعاما وشهوات النهار

هل يجوز للرجل الصائم أن يقبل زوجته وهو صائم؟

الجواب نعم إن كان مالكا لنفسه كما في الحديث الذي رواه البخاري و مسلم من حديث أم المؤمنين عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: كان رسول الله عليه وسلم يقبل زوجاته و هو صائم ويباشر جلده جلدهم إلا انه كان أملككم لإربه فلا حرج في دالك

سؤال آخر ما حكم من أتى زوجته في ليلة رمضان ثم نام ولم يغتسل ثم أذن المؤذن لصلاة الفجر وضل نائما ولم يستيقظ مثلا إلا قبل إقامة الصلاة بدقائق ما حكم صومه؟

الجواب صومه صحيح لقول أم المؤمنين عائشة رضي الله عنها أن رسول الله عليه الصلاة والسلام يدركه الفجر وهو جنب ثم يغتسل و يصوم، المهم هو أن تعجل لتدرك صلاة الفجر مع الجماعة، أما لو أن إنسان ما نام مثلا وغلبه النوم ولم يستيقظ وقد أتى زوجته ليلة رمضان ولم يغتسل، فصيامه صحيح

خامسا: هل القيء من مبطلات الصيام أقصد القي عمدا وعن قصد ؟
نعم يوم صومه باطل
ومن غلبه القيء؟
فلا قضاء عليه فليقم بالمضمضة ويتم صومه و صيامه صحيح

سادسا: الحيض والنفاس من مبطلات الصيام، يعني إذا لحضت الصائمة في أي وقت من أوقات نهار رمضان ولو قبل آذان المغرب بدقائق معدودات بطل صومها ويجب عليها أن تفطر
