من الأشياء التي تسبب أغلب المشاكل النفسيه هي أن تأخذ الحياه بجديه زايده عن اللزوم !!
الحياه كلهاا لعبه جميله ممتعه، اللي بيعقدها بعض القناعات الخاطئه والسلبيه التي نكتسبها من مورثنا
مورثنا حقر من الدنيا بشكل خطير - الاشعار والامثال الشعبيه والاحاديث المكذوبه - كل هذه العبارات قناعات سلبيه تبث لنا يوميا من المجتمع
تخيل انك بتلعب لعبه معينه .... واللعبه صعبه شويه.. واجهتك اي صعوبه ماذا ستكون ردت فعلك !؟ حتتحمس وتبدا تتفنن في حل الصعوبه وحتتفنن في احد الطرق والحلول المناسبه ، وكل ما زادت اللعبة صعوبة زاد حماسك واستمتاعك !!!
ومستحيل تكتئب او تتضايق او تحس بأي مشاعر سلبيه ومستحيل تقول مافي حلول - لانك مؤمن ان من صنع اللعبه وضع فيها حل لكل مشكله ولكل صعوبه
كذلك الدنيا بالضبط !!!
بالضبط دا المطلوب ...
عيش حياتك كانها لعبه واستمتع بها في كل حالاتها ... اذا استطعت فعل هذا ستدهش من النتائج وستجد أن جميع المشاكل التي نعاني منها ليست مشاكل أساساً وستجد حلول عبقريه لهذه المشاكل وستجد أنك تعيش بحماس وحب واستمتاع دائماً بغض النظر عن الظروف
ولن يقف شيئ في طريقك لأنك مؤمن أن من خلق هذه الحياه

Life is a beautiful game, enjoyable, which I have some of the false and negative convictions that we gain from our heritage
Our morals are dangerously inferior to the world - notice and popular proverbs and false talk - all these negative convictions are transmitted to us daily from society
Imagine that you play a certain game .... And the game difficult to meet .. Difficulty any difficulty What will be your reaction! You get excited and start to solve the problem in one way and the appropriate solutions, and all the game increased difficulty increased your enthusiasm and enjoyment !!!
And impossible to be depressed or upset or feel any feelings of negative and impossible says Mavi solutions - because you believe that the manufacture of the game put a solution to each problem and every difficulty
So exactly the world !!!

Live your life as a game and enjoy it in all cases ... If you can do this you will be surprised by the results and you will find that all the problems we are experiencing are not problems and you will find solutions to the genius of these problems and you will find that you live with enthusiasm and love and enjoyment always regardless of circumstances
