SERAMBINEWS.COM, BANDA ACEH - A report about the GoI's plan to invest in Aceh's wakaf land in Saudi Arabia, get a reaction in Aceh.

One of them was revealed by Aneuk Muda Alam Peudeung Al Asyi (Commander Al-Asyi) Command.

Through the release to Serambinews.com on Saturday (20/10/2018), Commander Al-Asyi criticized the plan that was carried by the Haj Financial Management Agency (BPKH).

"No longer diverted Aceh's history for the sake of Indonesia is certainly very disappointing the people of Aceh," wrote Pang Ulee Commander Al Asyi, Tuanku Warul Waliddin.

As reported by the crowd, the Haj Financial Management Executing Agency (BPKH) will make a visit to Saudi Arabia to meet with the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) and several investors.

This meeting is to discuss opportunities for investment cooperation and fund placement.

One of the investment plans was built on the wakaf land owned by the people of Aceh in Mecca.

The plan was submitted by members of the Haj Administration Management Agency (Anggito Abimanyu, when meeting with Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia Jusuf Kalla, at the Vice President's Palace on Friday (9/3).

Anggito came with the President's Special Envoy to the Middle East and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Alwi Shihab.

"We will cooperate with IDB and will also meet with some investors in Saudi Arabia, to do the administration, which is closest to the land of wakafnya Aceh in Mecca, so there are some other Saudi investment opportunities," said Anggito , as reported by Republika.co.id, Friday (9/3/2018).

Anggito said, Aceh Government has a land of waqf which is located about 400 meters from the Grand Mosque. Aceh's wakaf land has been pledged for investment.

"The pledge of waqf already exists, and has been invested by wakif in Saudi Arabia, and that we are in the process of negotiation," said Anggito.

In response, Commander Al-Asyi expressed his objection to what Anggito had made to Vice President Jusuf Kalla.

"There has been so much sacrifice the people of Aceh for Indonesia, including Aceh as a nation that has been dwarfed into a tribe today," he said.

He explained, the history of Habib Bugak Al-Asyi who every year to travel to the Land of Hijaz Mecca to send donations of the Sultan of Aceh to the Grand Mosque is something that can not be denied by all parties.

"It has become a sweet historical incarnation of the relationship between the Sultanate of Aceh and the ruler of the Hijaz, so that the Acehnese are very familiar in the Holy Land of Mecca, have a land investment there, until there are some who finally diwaqafkan giving Habib Bugak Al Asyi," said Pang Ulee Commander Al Asyi, my Lord Warul Waliddin.

Tuanku Warul Walidin who is a descendant of the Sultanate of Aceh said, the waqf Habib Bugak Al Asyi is still very fulfilled its management to this day.

Profit sharing from the management of this wakaf can be enjoyed by all pilgrims who perform Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca, every year.

"We believe this can tolerate this condition and need not be questioned to be generalized," he said.

SERAMBINEWS.COM, BANDA ACEH – Pemberitaan seputar rencana Pemerintah Indonesia untuk berinvestasi di atas tanah wakaf Aceh di Arab Saudi, menimbulkan reaksi di Aceh.

Salah satunya diungkap oleh Komando Aneuk Muda Alam Peudeung Al Asyi (Komandan Al-Asyi).

Melalui rilis kepada Serambinews.com, Sabtu (10/3/2018), Komandan Al-Asyi mengecam rencana yang diusung oleh Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji (BPKH) tersebut.

"Jangan lagi dibelokkan sejarah Aceh untuk kepentingan Indonesia yang tentunya sangat mengecewakan rakyat Aceh,” tulis Pang Ulee Komandan Al Asyi, Tuanku Warul Waliddin.

Seperti ramai diberitakan, Badan Pelaksana Pengelola Keuangan Haji (BPKH) akan melakukan kunjungan ke Arab Saudi untuk bertemu dengan Islamic Development Bank (IDB) dan beberapa investor.

Pertemuan ini dalam rangka membahas peluang kerja sama investasi dan penempatan dana.

Salah satu rencana investasi tersebut yakni membangun hotel di atas tanah wakaf milik masyarakat Aceh yang ada di Mekkah.

Rencana tersebut disampaikan anggota Badan Pelaksana Pengelola Keuangan Haji (BPKH) Anggito Abimanyu, saat bertemu Wakil Presiden Republik Indonesia Jusuf Kalla, di Istana Wakil Presiden, Jumat (9/3).

Anggito datang bersama Utusan Khusus Presiden untuk Timur Tengah dan Organisasi Kerja Sama Islam (OKI) Alwi Shihab.

"Kami akan melakukan kerja sama dengan IDB dan juga akan bertemu dengan beberapa pihak investor di Arab Saudi, untuk melakukan administrasi, yang paling dekat adalah dengan tanah wakafnya Aceh di Mekkah. Kemudian ada beberapa kesempatan-kesempatan investasi Arab Saudi yang lain," ujar Anggito, seperti dilansir Republika.co.id, Jumat (9/3/2018).

Anggito mengatakan, Pemerintah Aceh memiliki tanah wakaf yang letaknya sekitar 400 meter dari Masjidil Haram. Tanah wakaf milik Aceh tersebut sudah diikrarkan untuk investasi.

"Ikrar wakafnya sudah ada, dan sudah diinvestasikan oleh wakif di Arab Saudi, dan itu kita sedang proses negosiasi," kata Anggito.

Menanggapi itu, Komandan Al-Asyi menyatakan sikap keberatan atas apa yang telah diusulkan oleh Anggito kepada Wapres Jusuf Kalla.

"Sudah sangat banyak pengorbanan rakyat Aceh untuk Indonesia, termasuk Aceh sebagai bangsa telah dikerdilkan menjadi sebuah suku hari ini,” ujarnya.

Ia memaparkan, sejarah Habib Bugak Al-Asyi yang setiap tahun melakukan perjalanan ke Tanah Hijaz Mekkah untuk mengirimkan donasi Sultan Aceh ke Masjidil Haram adalah hal yang tidak dapat dinafikan oleh semua pihak.

“Ini sudah menjadi torehan sejarah manis hubungan Kesultanan Aceh dengan penguasa di Hijaz, sehingga orang Aceh menjadi sangat familiar di Tanah Suci Mekkah, memiliki investasi tanah di sana, hingga ada beberapa yang akhirnya diwaqafkan sebagaimana yang dilakukan Habib Bugak Al Asyi,” kata Pang Ulee Komandan Al Asyi, Tuanku Warul Waliddin.

Tuanku Warul Walidin yang merupakan keturunan Kesultanan Aceh mengatakan, wakaf Habib Bugak Al Asyi masih sangat terpelihara pengelolaannya hingga hari ini.

Bagi hasil dari pengelolaan wakaf ini dapat dinikmati oleh seluruh jamaah Haji Aceh yang melaksanakan Ibadah Haji ke Mekah, setiap tahunnya.

“Kami yakin bahwa masyarakat indonesia lainnya dapat memaklumi kondisi ini dan tidak perlu dipersoalkan untuk disamaratakan,” ujarnya.
