I dragged this out of a pothole i found in lincolnshire near North Witham airport( dissused WW2 airfield now under the forestry commision's authority was about 15-17 meters underground were water eroded the soil underneath causing a hole to collapse about 6-7 meters down at the bottom of which was another chamber going to a depth of about 15-17 meters from where i had the rope tied pity i didnt take pictures was a right job climbing back up with the ammonite dangling as it was a vertical climb up the rope the rock weights just under 20kg I was soaked in cold ground water and my right shoulder doesnt quite work as it should ( after 2 hours of climbing and falling back attached to the safety rope i got the idea to tie it to a rope climb out and then simply pull it up arghhh why did it take my 2 hours to come up with the idea? I'll put it down to hipotermia and tiredness :)

Anyway if anybody has any idea where i can get more information as to what it is egzactly does it have museum value and such ...would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
