In October last year i visited the city of rome together with my mother for sightseeing. It was my first visit to this beautiful ancient City. Of course i visited the most touristic places there for some pictures. At the Colosseo there was a big queue of people trying to enter to the tourist attraction. I was not allowed to use my tripod inside of the colloseum but i still got the opportunity to take some longtime exposure shots with the help of the railing where i stabilized my camera. I did some longtime exposures with the lee filters to get rid of all the people that where moving around inside of the Colosseo.

At the evening after sunset i took some pictures from the outside of the Colosseo on a place that i investigated some hours before to come back and take my pictures later. When i was there a lot of tourists also tried to do some night shots of the Colosseo. But without tripod and the correct settings most of their pictures got crappy. They saw my pictures on the display on the camera and asked me to help them. So i positioned their camera on the ceiling and tought them how to to longtime exposures at blue hour. They where pretty happy about that.

My visit to rome was pretty amazing and i really plan to visit it again in some years. But i think the next bigger city i am going to visit is going to be London. I got a present for visiting London from my mother last christmas and i will probably visit London next year. This year i already have so much to visit here in Austria.
