Sometimes in the Winds of Change,, We find our greatest direction.!!

Don't you know that the first and largest Windmill in Asia is found in Bangui, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.? And it is the first power generating windmill farm in SouthEast Asia.. Just because of its uniqueness, they consider it as one of the tourist spot.!!
