Athena's Parthenon

in architecturalphotography •  7 years ago  (edited)

In this weeks #architecturalphotography contest by @juliank I want to show you a photo of the Parthenon temple.

Parthenon was dedicated to the Ancient Greek goddess Athena.

I took the photograph during my first vacation in Greece.

I wish often to be able to visit warm places like Greece in this cold white Canadian winter.

Have a lovely day :)

Art is not what you see,but what you make other see.Art is not a thing it is a way.Art is something that makes you breathe with a different kind of happiness...

i respect every country's Tradition specially Greece.

The Parthenon is an amazing structure... great photo!

Athena was regarded as the patron and protectress of various cities across Greece, particularly the city of Athens, from which she received her name. The structure remains very strong history.
