I took this photo last night from the top of a parking garage on campus. I grabbed my camera and skated across campus along damp streets. I was hoping when I left my house that maybe I would catch a break in the clouds for some sunset action. I had no such luck and just skated around the top of the garage taking in the scene. I recently read a post that said good practice is to shoot things you are not used to and I've never really taken photographs of architecture so I started taking pictures of the surrounding buildings. I took this photo with a Panasonic DMC- G1, ISO 400, f/18, 4". The picture features the MU field in the foreground, the eastern side of the coast range in the background, and the beautiful brick buildings of Weatherford Hall on the right and Poling Hall on the left. These buildings are both dorm buildings on campus at Oregon State University. Thanks for looking!!!!
