The Argentine architectural office CCPM Arquitectos has designed "PH Lavalleja", a townhouse of 89 m2 with a white corrugated metal roof, located on a narrow plot and surrounded by houses.
By working with and around the plot and existing infrastructure, the architects created a geometric design, creating a series of small lofts stacked and connected by a white spiral staircase. The ground floor houses the kitchen and the dining room, while the first mezzanine includes the bedroom and the bathroom and the top floor houses a bright living room and a small terrace. The success of this project lies in the fact that the house is perfectly integrated into its dense environment and offers its occupants a luminous, spacious and intimate housing.
