Located in Austin, Texas, "Balcones House" is a creation of Pollen Architecture & Design studio. In fact, this house is the rehabilitation of an old residence built in 1957.
The architecture studio intervened to modernize the lines and work mainly on the openings and the circulation between the spaces. The result is a contemporary house that retains its DNA of the 60s.
