Located in the municipality of Merida, in southeastern Mexico, this building was designed with the goal of developing a lifestyle that is in touch with a strong natural and social environment, while being functional, versatile and inspiring for activities that would be developed there.
The main activity of this complex is that of an architectural studio, however, the spaces were designed from a traditional workspace but which aims to make the work experience more welcoming and domestic. For the visitors, the aim was to establish a sensory link with the architectural values ​​promoted by the studio, the socio-cultural activities being carried out as a secondary activity. The program consists of a permeable multi-functional esplanade, a 'garden / pedestrian path' terraces and relaxation areas, a 'living / meeting room', a small kitchen, a full bathroom, a storage room, a work area, a central patio and an open roof terrace. The vegetation is ubiquitous and many natural materials have been used to better integrate the construction in its environment.
