Renovation of an old building in London

in architecture •  7 years ago

The studio Chris Dyson Architects is at the origin of this sublime renovation in central London. It is an industrial building dating from 1900 transformed into a gigantic apartment of nearly 490 m2.

This project aimed to organize and rationalize the spaces and sublimate the original elements in a chic industrial atmosphere.
Note the magnificent suspended staircase, real link and backbone of the project.

The kitchen island looks amazing. Such a kitchen, like the whole house, is literally my dream, which is unlikely to ever come true.

Well, you can at least try to get closer to the ideal that you like. For example, if you are planning a kitchen renovation, I recommend Essex kitchen worktops. This supplier has a very wide selection of natural stone countertops, which you can check on the official website, as well as delivery and installation services.
