Last week we photographed a new residence in the town of Sonoma, Ca. This little beauty is only 842 sq/ft! Vaulted ceilings, wood-framed glass interior doors, and a floor-to-ceiling windowed corner, with outdoor living space under a massive overhang. Designed to make a small space feel bigger than it really is.
On top of being an incredible architect, Lars is so fun to work with. He gives us full creative control to try whatever we want... and we can get him to model for us by asking him to go inside and turn on the lights (Not sure how many more times that is going to work).
So that's Lars, in the space he designed.

Far out! That’s extremely small for an American dwelling, most places we shoot are 3,000 sq/ft or more. Mindsets are changing though, especially with architects who want to keep the construction footprint as minimal as possible with construction coasts in California soaring.
You’re right the differences in countries is fascinating! Cheers @fcdvpds
