This set of the audience has been mining and using the data of the end-users without doing anything tangible to include them in the profits that come with it.

AIre is rightly a unified data ecosystem because it ensures that the data owners/end-users and the data users/Big Data companies are united in one ecosystem.
How Does AIre Intend to Achieve That?
AIre can ensure the total unification of all the major players in the data industry.
The Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) aka blockchain technology is on the one hand to facilitate the decentralization of the entire system. The use of the cryptographic token (ARCS) is relevant for the issuance of incentivizes and rewards to the data owners.

As much as AIre is meant to foster decentralization, it is also ensuring that all the milestones set up on the platform are attained and in good time too.
