[Arenon] Get ready to swap with us | Swap exchange your wcc to are

in arenon •  6 years ago  (edited)

Hey Folks,

Today we finished, after many compilation issues, the final version of the Arenon Windows QT Client. Please everyone, download the new client and save your old wallet files. Please don't use your old arenon config folder with the new arenon client! Back it up, and wait until we start the swap!

Compile the unix qt client:

git clone https://github.com/pxlfussel/ArenonMainWallet.git
cd ArenonMainWallet/
qmake
make

Please have a look at the docs for the dependencies! The correct secp256k1 version is inherited.

Compile the unix headless node:

git clone https://github.com/pxlfussel/ArenonMainWallet.git
cd ArenonMainWallet/src
make -f makefile.unix

Or just download the pre compiled versions

https://github.com/PXLFuSSeL/ArenonMainWallet/releases/tag/1.0.0.2

Ok thats all for now! Have a look at the new gui client and once again: please do not use your old .arenon folder. You can use your old config file and save your wallet.dat and on an other place, but don't use it with the new client. As soon as possible we will do the swap. And because many users asked for it, in this version it is possible to make cold wallets. HowTos an tutorials will be postet as soon as possible!

Stay tuned
