Is Argentina the next country to tip over?
The crisis in South America is coming to a head and now Argentina is introducing currency controls.

According to the DPA, there will be massive support buying next week to stop the decline of the peso. The US dollar has recently appreciated considerably and is pulling the money back into the US.
Safe havens are in demand and will get the emerging markets to trade. Every major transaction has to be reported to the government in order not to get the same conditions as in Venezuela.

Rating agencies estimate the creditworthiness on extremely speculative, so that the situation is still strengthened.
The IMF pumped 57 billion dollars into the country last year, with the corresponding conditions.

The situation of the population is likely to worsen and call very conservative politicians onto the scene. When I think of environmental protection, it should be placed far behind, because other things are more important in the struggle for survival.

Die Krise Südamerikas spitzt sich zu und jetzt führt Argentinien Währungskontrollen ein.
Laut der DPA soll es nächste Woche massive Stützungskäufe geben, um den Verfall des Pesos zu stoppen. Der US Dollar hat in der letzten Zeit ordentlich aufgewertet und verleitet so manchen seine Pesos in sichere Dollar umzuwandeln.
Sichere Häfen sind gesucht und sicherlich wird auch der Bitcoin eine Rolle spiespielen.

Jede größere Transaktion muss bei der Regierung gemeldet werden, um letztendlich nicht die gleichen Verhältnisse wie in Venezuela zu bekommen.
Ratingagenturen schätzen die Kreditwürdigkeit auf extrem spekulativ ein, sodass die Situation noch verstärkt wird.

Wenn ich an den Umweltschutz denke, dürfte dies weit hinten eingeordnet werden, denn im Kampf ums Überleben, sind andere Dinge wichtiger.
